Definition of stylistic and grammatical rules

Individual grammatical rules applied in the CLAT control can be activated or deactivated via the grammar menu.

Individual stylistic rules applied in the CLAT control can be activated or deactivated via the style menu. In addition, users can configurate defined stylistic rules (e.g. reduce sentence length, display enumeration as a list).

Definition of special spellings

Special spellings (e.g. BULEtech, CLAT-ins, glocalisation) that differ from the standard spelling can be introduced via a separate user dictionary. This user dictionary is subdivided into three categories:

  • Measuring units
  • Abbreviations
  • Nouns

The entry in one of these three categories guarantees that CLAT recognizes the desired spelling and does not highlight it as a mistake.

Definition of CLAT projects and users’ rights

The central project and user management allows to create and administrate CLAT projects as well as CLAT users or user groups. CLAT projects can be assigned to one or several CLAT users or user groups.
